Hey there folks, I am considering buying one of these babies. I am a guitarist but I am getting into electronic genre's more and more and looking at buying one of these because I am a bit sick of the soft synth sounds. They are a bit weak. What are your thoughts? I realise its a mono synth, but I am looking to get something to take care of the bass duties and then expand it with more of the mopho modules for other stuff. Is this a good way to go or should I go for the moog slim phatty and use my current controller keyboard. Whats the comparison sound wise?

mopho = DCO moog = VCO the moog sounds deeper and richer ... i have a mopho desktop and it's not a bad little synth it has more options than the moog but sounds a little more thin .. having said that mopho is still much phatter and deep than any vst could hope to be ..
