Sorry Leigh I have no idea how to downsize my Soundcloud address, I just put it into my Soundcloud page address in and up pops everything, so not my fault really and I have everyright to direct people to my tunes.

 

Do you have any suggestions??

It will probably be an admin setting to prevent following of URI's.

Ben, are you entering it as a tagged anchor or simply as a text string in the sig box?

Maybe try it between quotes?

Just had a play with the sig settings. The WordPress forum (yuk) converts it to a link URI automatically, and fetches the content summary.

Admin should turn this off. You can prevent this by putting the URI in double-quotes "http://...."

Note to admin: bug in sig setting code. It won't let you enter a NULL value (ie empty) to delete the signature.

I remember playing with Wordpress when it first came out and thought it was clunky then.

It seems in a quest for simplicity, they made it complicated!
