FRONT ROOM STUDIOS

Published on May 5th, 2010

A small, commercial studio in Melbourne’s outer West – run by two of the most experienced young live/theatre/session musicians in Melbourne, Front Room Studio’s Andy and Mark Zito specialise in working with singer/songwriters who require the ‘full band experience’.

Front Room specialises in rock, pop, country and bluegrass music, with a bias toward acoustic guitar and piano based pop and rock music, but is more than happy to work with you no matter what style! The Zito brothers also pride themselves on Front Room’s ‘complete package’ style of service – the pair will track, mix, and master your songs, along with creating CD cover designs to go with your album!

Featuring a digital recording system driven via PC and Mac-based recording software such as Cakewalk’s SONAR, Sony’s Sound Forge, Logic Pro, and a wide selection of digital plugins, combining to create a soundscape that you’ll be proud of. Equipment isn’t everything however, and Andy and Mark know the studio environment is a major contributing factor in the recording process, and indeed creating a great recording.

So Front Room studios is as comfortable as a big house – in fact it is a big house! So make yourself a cuppa in the kitchen or hang out watching DVDs in the lounge while the lead guitarist gets the solo down.
