Incubator recording studios, is a modern, custom-built recording facility offering a full suite of audio services and music production, in a naturally lit, bright and comfortable environment.

Situated in the geographical heart of metropolitan Melbourne with convenient parking, Incubator also has easy access to public transport. The main recording space is ideal for live drum recording with a great sense of openness due to the natural lighting. The larger than average vocal booth is suited to comfortable voiceover sessions, while the spacious control room offers plenty of ‘couch space’.

Incubator is based around a Digidesign ProTools 002 system utilising plenty of outboard mic pre-amps by Sebatron. There’s also plenty of stomp box action with classic units from Mutron, Roland, Boss and TC Electronic, along with vintage keyboards such as the Korg MS-10, Roland SH-2000, and a Hammond organ with built in Leslie amplification, heck there’s even a Linn Drum percussion unit. Previous clients include Hugo Race and the True Spirit, The Fireballs, and The Mad Feeling.
